As a powerful supplier in China, our products are strictly produced by EN 74 standards, tested by SGS, and have ISO9001:2000 certification:
- Material: Made of high-strength Q235, Q345 carbon steel, durable and strong load-bearing capacity.
- Dimensions: Optional screw diameter (e.g. 34 mm, 38 mm, 48 mm), optional length (e.g. 400 mm, 600 mm).
- Base plate: The size is 150x150 mm. Some base plates are pre-drilled for fixing to the mud box or base plate for enhanced safety.
- Load capacity: Failure load at 150 kN for 32 mm, 34 mm, and 38 mm hollow base jacks. 200 kN for the Solid Basejack 35mm. Always refer to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Surface treatment: galvanized (electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized) or painted to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life. Customized colors are available.
