Our Mason/Walk-Thru Scaffolding Frames are 5' x 7' and boast an exceptional degree of stability and user-friendliness. The innovative Flip-Lock (F-Lock) system on each frame ensures a secure connection between the cross brace and the frame, locked by the force of gravity, thus providing the structural integrity to support heavy loads.
The Mason/Walk-Thru Scaffolding Frames are constructed from premium-quality Q235 grade steel and are available in a number of different surface finishes, including Hot-Dip Galvanization and Premium Powder Coating, to accommodate the unique demands of each particular project.

1. Precision Flip-Lock (F-Lock) Mechanism
- Self-Locking Design: The F-lock, which is gravity-fed, allows for rapid and safe attachment with no requirement for additional pins and/or tools, resulting in a drastic decrease in the amount of assembly time.
- Universal compatibility: Compatible with the industry-standard S-Style scaffolding systems and accessories.
- Heavy-Duty Construction: All F locks are reinforced to withstand continuous use and heavy handling on the job site.
2. Structural Material & Fabrication
- Material: Carbon Steel Q235 (The mechanical strength is appropriate for general application. We can also supply material of grade Q345 for heavy load application. )
- Welding Technology: Robotic Welding (360° CO2) Robotic welding with the 360 degree 360° CO2 process gives a totally smooth and evenly surfaced weld with a consistent depth of penetration to the components, giving no potential weaknesses or distortions from under or over penetration or excess weld material.
- Our standard： High Pressure Tube Specifications are as follows: - OD: 1.69" (42.7mm) - Wall thicknesses can be varied from 2.4mm to 3.2mm or load rated.
3. Professional Surface Protection
- Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) An increased thickness of the zinc coating is specified to take into account the more aggressive conditions in coastal areas, including higher humidity and salt content in the atmosphere.
- Our Powder Coating service provides a bright, highly durable finish in a wide range of custom colors. The powder coating process involves a multi-stage pretreatment which ensures maximum adhesion to the substrate material and the best possible chip resistance.
4. Optimized Stackability
Space-Saving Design: The frames are designed for secure nesting, allowing for efficient storage and safer transport, reducing the risk of shifting during logistics.
