A spring clamp tensioner is mainly a tool for tightening the tensioners on the formwork rapid clamps (or spring clips ), more often used in concrete construction or shuttering applications.
The spring clamp/tensioner works with the spring clip / rapid clamp to tighten the tie rods or rebars holding the formwork concrete panels in position, quickly pulling and tightening the tie rod against the spring clip and thus ensuring the formwork is flush, aligned, and tight ready for the concrete pour and to help prevent concrete leakages and achieve a smooth finish as desired.
The two members of the Lightweight Rapid Clamp Tensioner (2.9 kg) and Heavy-duty Rapid Clamp Tensioner (3.5 kg) series are built for extreme speed and a reliable clamping force. They are made to the highest specifications in high-strength carbon steel to suit 5-10mm reinforcement and can be electro-galvanized or painted to professional standards. We have the Quick-Lock Formwork Clamp for you, whether you have lightweight work for rapid turnaround or high-rise work, they are subject to immense pressure.
